OUR IMPACT
Reading Power’s success story is an exciting one.
In the past seven years, nine hundred children who struggled to read and write have received one to one tutoring, accelerating their learning and changing the lives of children and tutors alike in incalculable ways.
Success is documented both quantitatively and qualitatively. In addition to tutoring, Reading Power serves as an advocate for its students, distributes books for children to own, keeps in contact with parents, and works closely with school officials.
The future is filled with promise and challenge. More tutors will be recruited and another school added. The next three years will build upon our prior success as we expand and fine tune each facet of what is already a fine program.
