Audrey Grunst
Chief Executive Officer, Simply Bee and Be Collaborative
Audrey Grunst joined the Reading Power Board with nearly two decades of experience as a licensed clinical social worker and behavioral healthcare executive. She is the VP of Outpatient Services at Sero and holds the title of CEO of Simply Bee and Be Collaborative. She is the author of the Growth and Resiliency Model©, a nationally recognized SEL framework used in schools across the country, holds an Illinois Senator Award for her leadership and response in the Highland Park 2022 parade tragedy and was awarded Top 50 Women in Business Leaders of Chicago.
Audrey’s leadership in business development is grounded in a deep commitment to expanding access to mental health care nationwide and empowering individuals to engage in meaningful services and resources. She also brings a personal passion for literacy, shaped by raising two children with unique academic needs, and is an avid reader herself. Audrey is driven to reach more people, reduce barriers, and create lasting impact in the communities she serves.
