Compliance and Quality Administrator Department of Special Education at Community Consolidated School District 15
Rachel joined the Reading Power Board in 2024, bringing with her 21 years of leadership experience within Community Consolidated School District 15. She currently serves as the Compliance and Quality Administrator in the Department of Special Education, where she supports high-quality special education services and ensures compliance with state and federal requirements. Previously, Rachel served as the Director of MTSS, playing a pivotal role in launching the district’s intervention framework. Her leadership journey also includes roles as Principal and Assistant Principal. Before moving into school leadership, she was a dedicated special education teacher for students who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Rachel’s unwavering passion for helping others has positively impacted the staff members and children she has served, fostering environments rooted in innovation, collaboration, and positive energy.
