Sara Poticha

Sara joined Reading Power’s Board in 2023. She has over 30 years of success overseeing start-up and mature organizations implementing the operating structures and administrative tools needed to support their business growth objectives. Sara is currently responsible for the day-to-day management and business operations of Global Repair Group, a national company focusing on repairing and replacing assistive devices for airline customers worldwide. Before her current position, Sara raised venture capital funding and launched a disability staffing firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with four additional offices throughout the U.S. Sara is currently a two-time mentor for College Bound Opportunities, an active Trustee on the Jewish Women’s Foundation and manages the Global Repair Group Internship Program.
