Victoria is a managing associate in the Global Finance practice at Sidley Austin LLP. She represents investment funds, asset managers, insurance companies, corporate borrowers, alternative lenders, and banks in a broad range of asset-backed financing transactions. She earned a J.D. and M.B.A. from Tulane University and has a B.A. from Smith College. Prior to graduate school, Victoria worked for a startup in New Orleans.
She lives in Lake Forest with her husband and two daughters.
